Capital Wave believes in creating a community that values family, physical activity, hard work, and personal growth. We believe in fostering self-discipline, mutual respect, acceptance, and tolerance among coaches, athletes, parents, and volunteers.

Capital Wave aims to give athletes the opportunity to develop a positive self-image, achieve physical and mental strength, learn life skills, and attain goals in a fun environment through recreational and competitive water polo. We work with athletes to support their individual achievement in the sport, allowing them to strive for their ‘personal best’ both in and out of the pool.

Capital Wave offers recreational and competitive water polo programs for athletes aged 7 and up. Our Recreational programs focus on skills training, basic strokes, ball handling, and fun scrimmages. Our competitive programs focus on advanced skills training, team play, and game strategy. Our programs also help our athletes improve their swimming strokes.
